DIRECTIONS:

From New Orleans International Airport to Shipyard:
Take I-10 West to I-310 South via Exit 220 toward Boutte/Houma. Merge onto US 90 West toward Houma. Merge onto LA 1 South via Exit 215 A toward Lockport/Thibodaux. Then take a right onto LA 1 South. You will travel about 35 miles South to Golden Meadow on LA 1. The shipyard is on LA 1 on the left. Driving distance is about 68 miles (1 hour 45 min).

 


From Lafayette to Shipyard:
Take Highway US 90 East from Lafayette to LA 1 South via Exit 215 Raceland/Lockport (before reaching Exit 215 you will travel through the cities of Morgan City and Houma). You will travel about 35 miles South on LA 1. The shipyard is on the left side of LA 1. Driving distance from Lafayette to Superior Shipyard is approximately 143 miles (3 hrs. 20 min).

From Port Fourchon to Shipyard by Boat:
Travel Bayou Lafourche northbound for approximately 2 hours. The shipyard will be on the left, about 1/2 mile north of the South Lafourche floodgates.
